Regency’s principal owners and staff members have lived in Western New York for a long time and, combined, have more than 40 years of construction experience. Our leadership includes:
- Lawyer and real estate developer Elliot Lasky, who oversaw construction of 2,500 custom homes while guiding Forbes Homes, which he founded in 1980
- Custom home builder Robert J. Mayo, Jr., who previously worked as a project manager for a local builder and has built over 1,000 homes
- Real estate and custom home specialist Rocco Roshong, who specializes in customization and design, formerly worked with a local builder, Better Homes and Gardens as well as GMAC Real Estate.
